售後服務：是否有改善空間？
品質管控措施：您是否仰賴客戶作為品質檢核者，還是由企業內部執行品質管理？

What is an operating plan?

The operating plan is all about your products and services. How they are designed, how they are created, how they are delivered. This involves the formulation of action plans, to assist the progress toward your long-term goals. It is important that this is not to be confused with your day-to-day operations.

Consider your standard operating procedures along with:

Supply chain - are you dependent on one supplier? You may need to diversify.
After sales service - can this be improved?
Quality control measures - are your customers your quality control checkers, or do you do this in house?
Plant and equipment - what do you need to operate your business?
Inventory management - holding inventory is a big cost.
